The crown liberty is a modern smart hotel built to a high specification, having 22 rooms which are of fairly standard size but very smart and new looking, and with I think, what looked like marble flooring .

We stopped twice at the hotel for drinks and a meal, but also had a look at the rooms. The food was very good value on price and my Ghanaian wife said it was one of the tasty and best value for money meals she had on the whole vacation.

Pool side there is a bar and they have built a mezzanine level over the pool giving quite a pretty view of the surrounding hills when it gets dark and all the lights go on.

Restaurant

Staff were friendly & attentive, they didn't mind turning up the music center at the bar so we had some light background music to listen to.

Mezzanine terrace over pool

Apparently the hotel owner is the same person who owns " The liberty professional" football team; not being into football i couldn't tell who anything about the team or if they are any good.

The hotel is not next to the sea but only about a mile and a half to two miles down the road is Kokrobite beach, so its in easy reach of the sea.

So if you want to pamper yourself and at very reasonable rates taking into account the quality, but still want close access to a good beach, then the Crown Liberty would make a very credible alternative to other hotels on or near the coast such as the Labadi, Ramada and so on.
