The Airport View Hotel is situated in the leafy attractive airport residential area. Staff had an air of quiet efficiency and a sense of humor, and were trying to rendezvous a company's staff employee & their boss when I arrived.

It wouldn't take them long to hook up since the hotel is not far from the airport.

Unusually for a smallish hotel it has a pool, and pool side lounge area; most other hotels even larger ones don't make a priority of having a pool since tourists tend to aim for the coast, and business guests might not have time.

The hotel has 30 rooms with free internet connection, and are neat clean and in good condition.

The rates are quite reasonable since even some lodges are quoting almost the same price with less staff and amenities. There are also communal internet terminals on each floor.

Breakfast buffet is included in the price, the rooms are not overly large for Africa, I measured the double at 15 feet.

The singles were not much smaller in size as far as could see just that the beds were slightly narrower; so the singles are quite good on size.

The restaurant is open from early morning but they didn't state when it closes.

The hotel from the outside in is tidy, well maintained, well run, fair price ,staff friendly and helpful, good amenities - probably my favorite so far in the airport residential area.
